Member I have saved them to Safe Senders but they are still dropping into the JUNK E-MAIL folder. As far as the filter levels are concerned I can't answer that, only as far as saying that if I were to change the levels it would result in a large number of emails going into my users inboxes, which I do not want. I have added rules to look at various subject and message body words, but of course they are being detected as JUNK. If there is NO way to stop this then I guess I will have to just keep checking the JUNK E-MAIL folder everyday. I love Microsoft!!!
