Hi Jacob, About your question, I ‘d like to confirm whether Lync 2011 is Microsoft Lync for Mac 2011 client software. Does new Outlook mean a new version of Microsoft Outlook for Mac, namely Outlook for Mac 2013? If so, then Lync 2011 and the new Outlook can integrate click to dial functions on a Mac.
When you accept a Skype meeting in the Outlook client, and click join online meeting. It will open a web page. Choose Join using Lync for Mac or Communicator for Mac, then you can take part in the meeting in the Lync client.

I just put my own email address in the TO: box. Copy and paste the meeting information from the appointment sent by GlobalMeet into my own appointment. That way, I can invite people from Outlook, and I am the owner so I can make changes to appointments that attendees will see, make them recurring, etc.
